三、岗位职责
在全球软件研发中心，参与医疗大数据平台的设计、研发和运维工作。涉及AWS云平台开发、微服务、消息队列、Docker/Kubernates，基因分析Cromwell/Batch等技术栈的使用。
Tasks and Responsibilities
In China software development team, you will
• Work on first of its kind data driven precision health intelligence platform
• Do full stack development and support online bug fix
• Design and develop prototypes for innovative ideas.
• Optimize the search and recommendation performance and accuracy
四、职位要求
• （必须）计算机相关，统招本科以上
• （必须）精通Python或者Java及Web框架、分布式服务
• （必须）熟练使用AWS云或者阿里云
• 熟练使用No-SQL及关系性数据库，熟练SQL语言，有数据湖设计及使用经验更佳。
• 熟悉数据结构及面向对象编程
• 熟悉数据ETL、数据工程经验加分
• 有独立解决技术问题并实现系统架构优化、性能调优者
• 熟悉敏捷管理，责任心强，能吃苦
• 英语会简单对话沟通即可

Minimum Qualifications (Must have)
• B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Programming experience in any of the following languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, Ruby, C#, C++, Python in Linux/Unix environments.
• Familiarity with 1-2 database technology:
• Relational databases (MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL)
• NoSQL databases (DynamoDB, MongoDB, Redis, Elasticsearch)
• Solid understanding of good programming practices, architecture, design patterns and CI/CD DevOps
• Desire to learn and develop new skills in new areas
• Demonstrated ability to achieve goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
• Sharp problem-solving abilities and proven design skills.
• Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive.
• Excellent communication skills and English written and spoken skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Cloud programming and architectures (AWS, Azure)
• Experience with micro-service architectures / containerization
• Experience with unstructured data extract and parse, or familiarity with popular distributed data computing framework would be a plus
• Experience with one of the modern distributed Machine Learning and Deep Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
